This area is absolutely stunning, you really have to see it to believe it!  Snow capped mountains covered in trees are a common sight in the area. In between the mountain ranges there are lakes, valleys and plenty of wide open spaces.  It’s an outdoor lover’s paradise that you can own a piece of.  You can live and play among the mountains when you buy a 10 acre property just outside of Elko Nevada. Get off grid and off road while you enjoy the peace and quiet of the Nevada wilderness. 

If you love the outdoors Elko County is an obvious choice, but that’s not all there is to love here! Make sure to visit Lamoille Recreation Area, Jarbridge Recreational Area, Elko Hot Springs, Angel Park for some skiing, hike Elko Mountain, and hike in Peace Park. Hiking, biking, fishing, hunting, and skiing are all in your future here in Elko!

This property is North East of Humboldt Ranchettes, off of the River Ranch Exit.  It is about 30 miles outside of Elko.  The roads leading to the property are fairly good but at times are rutted.  Although 4wd isn’t necessary, a high clearance vehicle is recommended in some places.  

The road that runs North and South leads right up to the property.  There was a very visible marker on the South East Corner of the property.

Vegetation includes sagebrush, prairie grass, cactus and the occasional wildflower.

In the area I have seen Deer, Coyote, Rabbits and Birds.  The birds were calling back and forth to each other while I was on the property.  Was nice an peaceful.

There was some water by the side of the road to the south of the property.  The closest power is in the Humboldt Ranchettes.  There are a few structures visible from the property, one to the North East and one to the south west.

This would be a great property for someone who wants to live off the grid but close enough to a good town with full services.
